Personal Information That You Provide or That We Collect

Account Information

When you request an Account, OpSec asks for personal information such as your name and email address. OpSec refers to the information above as “Account Information” in this policy. By voluntarily providing us with Account Information, you hereby represent that you are the owner of such personal information or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us.

Service Data

OpSec collects and stores information that is created, inputted, submitted, posted, transmitted, uploaded, stored or displayed by you, your Agents, and End-Users in the process of using our Services. This information may include Account Information or other sensitive information that you, your Agents or End-Users choose to include. This information is described as “Service Data” in this Policy. All Service Data is subject to OpSec’s technical safeguards described more in OpSec’s Terms of Service.

Cookies/Tracking

OpSec’s services and websites use cookies to ensure the best possible user experience. These cookies may include information about you, the devices and/or networks from which you are connecting to OpSec’s services and websites, and any interactions between those devices and networks and OpSec’s services and websites.

OpSec may use HTML5 and other Local Storage Objects (LSOs) to store information such as content preferences. Most popular web browsers offer tools to manage or remove HTML5 LSOs. OpSec may use web beacons, tags, and scripts in its websites, services, and email notifications. These tools allow OpSec to improve the quality of its service by determining which notifications are being opened and acted upon. OpSec may collect data of this nature in an individual and/or aggregate.

Log Files

OpSec may automatically gather and store log files, including internet protocol addresses, browser, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data as well as certain personal information such as user email address and other information that may be included in open textual fields. OpSec application log files are subject to the same security policies and procedures as its application databases.

Analytics

OpSec collects information from the use of its websites and/or services to improve and understand their use.

The analytics collected by OpSec may relate to a feature or function, domain names, the username and IP address of the end-user (usernames may include personal information if incorporated into the email address used), and any information required to accurately confer the operation affected by the end-user’s use. Analytics collected by OpSec may include personal information or business information.

Analytics will not be shared with any third-parties for purposes other than enhancements, improvements or debugging. IP Addresses and URLs

OpSec automatically receives the URL of the website from which you came and to which you go when navigating to and from the OpSec InSight website. This is standard Internet protocol. As part of this protocol, OpSec receives your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (or that of any proxy server in use), the computer’s operating system (OS), the brand and version of the web browser used to access the OpSec InSight website, and the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This information is only used in the analysis of overall trends, the improvement and enhancements or services provided, and the tracking and aggregation of non-personal information (i.e. popularity of web browser architecture by global region or page response time by ISP).

OpSec aggregates service and software usage data, such as, number and frequency of visits to its websites and API end-points and feedback request trends. This aggregated data is a statistical measure and is not designed to personally identify any users beyond any personally-identifiable information that a user has agreed to provide. This aggregated data allows OpSec to improve its products and services.

Personal Information from Third-Party Services

OpSec may obtain other personal information from third-parties or that OpSec collects through its websites and services. Your use of OpSec’s Single Sign-On services through supported authentication services authorizes OpSec to store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other personal information that the third-party makes available to OpSec. OpSec reserves the right to disclose personal information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or to defend itself against legal claims. OpSec may share this information if it is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities, alleged fraud, or any situation in which the threat or possibility of physical harm may arise. OpSec may also disclose personal information in the event of a violation of its Terms of Service or otherwise required by law.

Single Sign-On

You can log into OpSec InSight products and services using some supported third-party sign-in services like Apple Touch ID. These services authenticate your identity in lieu of your OpSec login credentials. These services may potentially share personal information like your name and email address with OpSec. Please refer to the Personal Information from Third-Party Services Section for more information regarding the potential collection and use of third-party provided personal information.

Protection of Information

OpSec is committed to the security of personal information and employs physical, administrative, and technological safeguards, such as firewalls and secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect user data. No electronic transmission is ever fully safe or free of error. Discretion is advised when using OpSec’s digital products or services from public or personal or compromised connections to the Internet.

Children’s Personal Information

OpSec Security does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a child under the agre of 13, do not submit any personal information through OpSec’s products or services. Parents and legal guardians should monitor their children’s Internet use to ensure that their children do not provide personal information through OpSec’s services. If you suspect that a child under the agre of 13 has provided personal information to OpSec through its products or services, please contact OpSec and we will use reasonable efforts to delete said information.

Business Transactions

OpSec may transfer or assign this Privacy Policy, your Account, and any related data to any entity that acquires all of substantially all of OpSec’s business, stock, or assets.
